About My Commissions

I’ve drawn cosplayers at conventions for years, capturing costumes, personalities, and the excitement of the moment. I’m opening simple commissions while I continue growing my skills, keeping things beginner-friendly and accessible as I expand into comics, fan-art, and more complex illustrations.

Payment Policy

I use a 30/70 payment structure for all commissions. A 30% deposit is required up front to begin the artwork. Once the piece is finished, I’ll send a preview with watermark protection; if you’re happy with the result, the remaining 70% completes the payment and the final, watermark-free artwork is delivered.

How to Order

Send me your cosplay photos and a short description of what you want.
I’ll confirm the price and send the 30% deposit request.
I begin the artwork and send progress updates.
You receive a watermarked preview when the piece is finished.
After the final 70% payment, you receive the clean, full-resolution artwork.

Terms & Policies

Please review the following terms before submitting a commission request. These policies ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both of us.

30/70 Payment Structure: A 30% non‑refundable deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 70% is due after final approval of the watermarked preview.
Refunds: The initial deposit covers time spent planning, sketching, and preparing your artwork. Full refunds are not available once work has begun.
Revisions: Each commission includes up to two minor revisions. Major changes (pose, outfit, background redesign) may require additional fees.
Reference Images: Clear cosplay photos are required. Blurry or low‑quality images may affect the final result.
Turnaround Time: Completion time varies based on complexity and my schedule. I will provide an estimated timeframe when accepting your request.
Usage Rights: You may share your commissioned artwork online with proper credit. Commercial use requires additional licensing.
Artist Rights: I retain the right to display commissioned artwork in my portfolio, gallery, or social media unless otherwise agreed.
Behavior Policy: Harassment, disrespect, or inappropriate requests will result in immediate cancellation.
